Cancellation & refund policy.

This policy applies to all bookings made for activities at Raven & Dragon, including VR experiences, escape rooms, arcade reservations, and private events. Please read it before booking.

§ 1.Standard bookings

Standard bookings include single-session VR experiences, escape rooms, and other timed activities reserved by individuals or small groups (under 8 people).

Cancellation windows are calculated from the scheduled start time of your booking. Reschedules within 30 days of the original booking are honored at no additional cost when made within the eligible window.

§ 2.Private events & group bookings

For parties, corporate events, full-venue buyouts, and groups of 8 or more, the following applies:

§ 3.No-shows

If you do not arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled start time and have not contacted us, your booking is considered a no-show and is non-refundable. We hold your time slot, equipment, and staff for you, so we are unable to offer a refund or reschedule in these cases.

§ 4.Late arrivals

VR experiences and escape rooms run on a strict schedule to keep things fair for the guests booked after you. If you arrive late:

§ 5.Cancellations by Raven & Dragon

In rare cases, we may need to cancel or reschedule a booking due to equipment issues, staffing emergencies, severe weather, or other circumstances outside our control. If we cancel:

§ 6.Health-related cancellations

Some VR experiences are not recommended for guests who are pregnant, prone to seizures, or who have certain medical conditions. (See our Rules & Waiver for full details.) If you book an activity and later realize it isn't appropriate for you for health reasons:

§ 7.Removal from the premises

As stated in our rules and waiver, guests who fail to follow safety rules, staff instructions, or who behave in a disruptive or unsafe manner may be removed from the premises. No refund is issued in these cases.

§ 8.Gift cards & credits

Gift cards and credits issued by Raven & Dragon do not expire and are non-refundable for cash. They may be used toward any activity, food, or merchandise at our venue. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced unless the original purchaser can provide proof of purchase.

§ 9.How to cancel or reschedule

The fastest way is to call us directly during business hours. For cancellations made outside business hours, email is fine — the timestamp of your email is what we use to determine the cancellation window.

§ 10.Refund processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. We are not able to refund to a different card or account than the one used for the original purchase.
